We want to know the truth about you. We want to know who you are, that you have flaws and that you’re just like us. Once we’re sure of that we can listen to you and maybe even hire you!
When you see other people’s pretty pictures and glamorous images, do you think they’re perfect and never have a bad day or moments of self doubt?
No matter how beautiful they are, be reassured they need pyjama and yoga pant days too! Oh yes, and they have bad hair days! 🙂
Here’s a tip on how to be real with your posts, and GROW YOUR BRAND. This also makes posting much easier and faster too.
1.Create a list of 5 -7 words that describe the culture of your business and what you stand for.
2. When you make a post on any of your social media, check if it fits with those words?
3. Aim to inspire, educate, entertain (edutainment) and connect to what your client feels – because you feel it too!
